I am a wife; mother of four, ages 23 to 6 years old and soon-to-be grandma (Dec 2009).
I started hand-sewing at very, very young age. My grandmother taught me to re-fashion and recycle before it was chic! I continue to sew, knit/crochet and crafty things. I learned how to piece a quilt and free-motion quilt this year and I’m having fun!
I also collect vintage sewing machines, which all are functional and I use! You can check out pics of some of my machines on Flickr.
